The staffs are highly insensitive and maintained by local goons. They said reservation by online services is not valid. They never received our booking request. We even called a day prior to the trip for confirmation and they said the booking is confirmed, yet still on the day we reached, nothing was in our side. Kodaikanal could turn out to be a bad memory due to such people having no brains or humanity. We struggled a lot to get a room. I don't know whom to blame i.e., the online booing sites or these mindless creatures, looking like human beings, running business on planet Earth. Never going back to Kodaikanal !!!
